Bio

Jill Paradis has over 15 years of food safety consulting and training experience. She has taught for many world class establishments as well as hundreds of independently owned and operated restaurants. She is adjunct faculty for Colorado Mountain College and partners with many local health departments as a trusted source for Spanish food safety training in person and virtually via webinar training. She is HACCP trained by the International HACCP Alliance. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian. Paradis is also a farmer cultivating hazelnuts and is a USDA licensed truffle importer.
